
Irene is a Founding Partner of the firm. She leads the Corporate & Commercial Law practice and the Intellectual Property and Technology, and Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance practice groups.
She is a Ghana-qualified Barrister and Solicitor with experience in corporate, regulatory, and energy-related litigation matters. She advises local and international clients on company establishment and regulatory compliance in Ghana across regulated sectors, and has experience supporting complex disputes, including international oil and gas litigation. She is adept at bringing these disputes in at a realistic cost.
Irene was previously an Associate of Equator Law. This position afforded her exposure to more varied aspects of drafting, complex national transactions, and regulatory frameworks. She left private practice in 2023 and joined a company in United Kingdom as Legal Administrator.
Irene brings strong legal insight, commercial awareness, meticulous approach, and cross-jurisdictional experience gained from working in both Ghana and the United Kingdom.
