Lauda-Lois Williams, Of Counsel

Lauda-Lois Williams is a Ghanaian-trained lawyer and Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Iowa College of Law with experience spanning criminal prosecution, international legal cooperation, family law, estate planning, corporate governance, and real estate transactions across Ghana and the United States.

She previously served as a pupil with the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice, where she advised on serious criminal matters, supported extradition and mutual legal assistance proceedings, negotiated plea agreements, and prepared cases for trial. Her experience also includes private practice in the United States, where she assisted with family law litigation and estate planning.

She brings strong legal research and drafting skills, courtroom preparation experience, cross-cultural competence, and a demonstrated commitment to justice and international legal collaboration.
